Teachers of Tomorrow at ROSCON 2024

Rules

1. Maximum 3 teams are allowed per medical college and each team would consist of a mentor and a postgraduate
2. The teacher-mentor will groom the postgraduate.
3. Each team will submit two topics of their interest for presentation by the post-graduate student (4 minutes duration), out of which one selected topic will be notified by the selection panel.
4. The post-graduates have to prove their teaching skills through their presentation in the competition
5. Each presentation will be judged by senior judges.
6. The final round of TOT will include a short presentation by the postgraduate student on any topic given by the Judges with an impromptu environment of 5 minutes.
7. Scores will be based on content, way of presentation, time management, and answers to the judges’ questions.
8. The top team will be awarded the coveted TOT grand prize.
   All participants must be ROS members (Ratified or Non ratified)
